CANDLES & AROMATHERAPY
Spring Blossom

Golden amber, classic sweet-floral honey aroma. From Florida spring nectar — tupelo, cherry, citrus, gallberry, blueberry & titi. Our most versatile wax; great for candles, lip balms, and cosmetics.

WAXING FRAMES & WATERPROOFING
Summer Meadow

Traditional lemon-yellow, mild grassy-meadow scent. From clover, brassicas & wildflowers. Best for frame foundations, waterproofing, soaps and polish — skip it for cosmetics.

COSMETICS & LIP BALMS
Black Locust / Acacia

Pale yellow to nearly white, very subtle fragrance. Seasonal — typically available July–late fall. Ideal for premium lip balms and light-colored cosmetics where added fragrance should lead.

A note on bloom: a thin whitish film can form on beeswax bars from temperature changes in shipping — it's not mold or spoilage, just natural fatty acids and wax esters rising to the surface. Buff it out with a soft cloth or gentle heat; either way, the wax performs exactly the same.

OUR STORY

Three generations of Florida beekeeping.

Swampland Bees started as a backyard hobby outside Tallahassee and grew into a small apiary supplying candle makers, soap crafters, and beekeepers who'd rather not deal with plastic frames or bleached wax.

Every bar is filtered and poured by hand. Every frame is built to hold up in a working hive, not just a catalog photo.
